What's the minimum order for a full private-label OEM run?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a full private-label OEM run is 1,000 pieces. This minimum applies to your first order as well as repeat orders. Ordering fewer than 1,000 pieces with your own logo on our standard umbrellas? See our corporate umbrella options, with MOQ from 50 pieces on selected models.
Can you produce with zero Sky Umbrella branding anywhere on the product?
Yes — true private label means your brand name, hang-tags, and packaging only. This is standard for OEM orders and doesn't cost extra beyond your custom tag/label printing.
Can you customise packaging — poly bags, boxes, or branded tags?
Yes — packaging is fully customisable as part of the OEM specification, including poly bags, printed boxes, and branded hang-tags or care labels.
Does a first OEM order take longer than a repeat order?
Yes — a first order typically takes longer as we finalise your spec and tooling; repeat orders on an approved specification still ship within our standard 15–30 business day window, generally toward the faster end.
Do you provide export documentation for international resellers?
We provide GST invoices for domestic B2B orders. For international orders, documentation requirements can be discussed with our team based on the destination and order.
